You mean like a NAS? I've had a good experience putting a technologically inept client on a Synology. Their support which was pretty alright as well the couple times I had questions. I wouldn't use that at home though. FreeNAS or Nextcloud on ZFS only, thanks.

What’s wrong with synology at home? Seems built for that, offering freenas features.
