  Not necessarily true. I know people who are like this when they are out because they just like attention and they are willing to pay for it.

    The trouble with that though is that you are never quite sure which type you are dealing with until you are done serving them and the bill has been paid. I'd really love to see tipping go away forever, at least as an expectation
