Where does it obtain data in countries without registries (such as France)?
- baud147258 5y agodoesn't France conduct census? I'm pretty sure I had to get registered when I reached the majority age. And, according to other comments, the website used phone books (which existed in France)
- brnt 5y agoWhen I moved there, I didn't have to, or could, notify anyone I was living there.
