Support has never solved any of the issues I have brought up either. They will relay some unrelated bit of documentation and then immediately try to close the issue as solved. It is like “Step 1: Understand the problem” and “Step X: Validate it solved the customers problem” isn’t even on the checklist. Just “reply something technical, close ticket, repeat”.
