They donated money to charities assisting, they said AUP may be used to report bad content, and they said they are a communications platform and thus in principal aligned themselves with freedom of speech: I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it. Points to Github! Now, if you'd just fix that whole prefer-to-force-branching and max-one-fork-of-external-repo-per-account bug... :)
