  Welt.de comes to mind. Just see what you accept with "legitimate interest" tracking. This is one of the largest news publications in Germany.     But this is not a GDPR violation as they are telling you what data they are collecting and how they are processing it.

      There is no single-click opt-out, which is very explicitly required by GDPR. It's also a gross misrepresentation of what "legitimate interest" means.
