- Semaphor 5y ago[0] seems to be the sole source of this, and even it doesn’t make any claim of power within the military outside of being protected. And that is ignoring that there are a lot of words like "ostensibly" or "seemingly" when explaining why the author is correct. Which brings us back to 2%.
