Ugh. Setting aside the moral questions, I just can't get over how that solution COMPLETELY IGNORES all the variables that might result in differing competencies and applicant pools. Which is what I think bugs me the most about the intellectually lazy wokedom: Stop taking genuinely interesting, nuanced problems and making them boring!
