I set up hand-crafted snippets for each language I use. Code just flows out of the keyboard with minimal effort. I can basically code at the speed of thought. Combine snippets with various smart and dumb completion tools and pretty much all bases are covered, except for English prose. Steno would certainly help there, but is a micro-optimization at that point.
