Millions for Crypto Startups, No Real Names Necessary
- giaour 5y agoTangential, but how is a "rug pull" different from a run-of-the-mill confidence scam? Every time I hear about one, it sounds like The Music Man but with crypto and a bunch of extra zeroes. Anyway, I don't think the Times should help con artists rebrand a classic scam as something novel (with the implication being that no one could have predicted this brand new kind of criminal behavior).
