It feels like a hard time to look for permanent remote work right now. So many companies say they are open to remote work but few appear to really mean it. They still expect you in the office once per month or once per week at a minimum, but rarely see fit to spell that out in the job description. I’m thinking about pausing my job search until companies decide what their true expectations are. I’m tired of having my time wasted.
