He’s looking for remote which would help but wether that’s a smart move for a new grad is a different topic
- giantg2 5y agoIs it just remote, or local or remote? I just don't want them to throw their career/youth away, like I did. Now I'm married to someone from the area and cannot leave (because she doesn't want to ever leave the current county). Before getting too rooted in the area, it could be good to look elsewhere. They could even go somewhere better for a couple years and move back if they want.
- welvin 5y agoI would say local or remote. I try to cast a wide net but most companies have adopted a remote culture because of covid.
