Microsoft doesn't use security questions. IIUC then, your complaints are about Mojang's pre-Microsoft system. Then, would you consider this announcement a net positive, as it resolves the issues you described?

- will4274 5y ago:) technically correct is the best kind of correct. Microsoft allows IT admins to use security questions for their employees in the enterprise world by config if they so choose. Microsoft doesn't use security questions for its consumer users, like Minecraft players.
