This is honestly pretty freaking awesome. Dairy is one of those ethical conundrums for me. I know how bad Dairy farms are for cows but there aren't any ways to get ethically raised milk products where I live. I've got cruelty free eggs in abundance, but no milk or cream. A cow is just too much for most small farms and even then the process of keeping a heifer pregnant and selling the calf for veil or butchering is too much. However, seeing it in 1 quart cartons makes me wonder how insanely expensive this is going to be at first.
