Climate Scientists Are Fed Up and Ready to Go on Strike
- Bostonian 5y agoScience can estimate what will happen to the climate under various emissions levels, but it cannot prescribe what if anything should be done about climate change, which is a political question. Does it make sense for Europe to restrict its development of fossil fuel resources at the expense of becoming more dependent on Russia? That's not a scientific question. Too many people think that "follow the science" is a good political credo. Political issues are more complicated than that.
