Many people would like to view success as similar to a gradual hill climb: you may begin randomly anywhere on the hill, but regardless of where you start, everyone has the opportunity to reach the summit (choosing between easier paths, slower paths, challenging sections, sprints, and so on, as each person prefers).
That's the way that entrepreneurship is presented by the people who have succeeded as well: it's human nature to want to express relief and appreciation for hard work that has paid off.
The question is: how are those messages received by people who are climbing, and is this genuinely a gradual, ongoing hill climb, or are there moats and obstacles which required ladders and ropes to overcome? If so, are the utilities to pass those challenges being shared (in safe condition) with the next cohort?
