Children under two years old, people who have trouble breathing, and those who are unable to remove masks on their own should not wear them.
Is there a reason other than Covid-19? I know that when they give Iodine 131 pills to to fight thyroidal gland cancer the patient must be isolated from everyone else because he is radio active. But other than that this doesn't make any sense.

This helps to protect those who are unable to procure essentials in advance of the pandemic and must shop more frequently
