They close media outlets that call it war and not "special operation". It's forbidden to publicize non-official information and amount of casualties not disclosed and classified. It allows to have "mission accomplished" moment any time internally and be done with it. All what they need it's some kind of concession from Ukraine in order to show de-nazification/de-militarization that was promised
