Probably, but I'm not talking about legality here. In war people do a lot of illegal things. I'm just saying, banning this people are probably not having the desired effect. Showing an alternative point of view would be more effective. That said, I don't think this is the right crowd. My guess is that 90% of them are already heavily against Putin.
