I'm curious, for Pujol, did you have the tasting menu or the omakase tacos?
I'm asking because the first time I went, I had the tasting menu and was very disappointed, thought it was vastly overpriced for what it was.. I wasn't planning to return but had to (because I was supposed to eat there with a client of mine) and the second time, I had the omakase tacos and absolutely adored it.
So, now I'm curious if you might have had the same experience I had with the first meal.
- hardwaregeek 5y agoYeah I did. I suspect you're right. It's a shame that they removed the tacos from the tasting menu. Perhaps I'll give it another shot when I'm in Mexico City again!
- snug 5y agoOmakase Tacos at the bar! They give you a drink with every taco, and usually someone won't like a drink and they'll make a special one, ask them curiously what that drink was and they will make you one. All drinks are included on the tasting menu!
