- h2odragon 5y agoI still kinda assume that somewhere, quite early on, someone said something like: "Dude.. Wait. Which of the 'to be destroyed' bats did you sell down at the farmer's market? We are so screwed" The frantic efforts to cover up and confuse any possible associations since, of course are totally reflexive bureaucratic maneuvers that any responsible scientists would have engaged in. I bet everyone who was building respiratory viruses in bats using patented moderna genes at the Wuhan lab engaged in similar, totally innocent coverup efforts.
