I guess I should've clarified that I was thinking more of tasting menus on really _different_ comment. There's plenty of places (e.g. maydan, rose's, taro in DC) that have great but perfectly recognizable menus too. On the other hand I haven't had it in me to blow the money on pineapple and pearls, but if I did i'd want to see something weird =).
