- mooneyc6 5y agodid you weight the criteria for short and long term? I feel like people are always my number 1, followed closely by impact, but thinking long term you can't negate salary
- akharris 5y agoI didn't end up assigning explicit scores to things. In general, I gave more weight to the long term in my head. At least, to the long term that would happen if my bet was right.
