Point of caution: "Leave and start your own company" is exactly the same advice you're always going to wind up getting on this site. You'll get it in response to any question from "I think I have a great idea for a company, and..." to "My coworker slurps his coffee" and "I can't decide what colour tie to wear today". That doesn't make it bad advice, of course.
