This is weirdly specific for Netflix. What about Prime Video? Disney+? Apple TV? Do those have Russian-based subscribers too? I can see the point of keeping YouTube, Facebook, TikTok etc active because they allow people to share their own footage - something that can be a godsend in otherwise heavily censored regimes. But Netflix isn’t the only curated entertainment package out there. This feels more like an attack on Netflix than a petition for positive change.
