In diplomacy and realpolitik there are no permanent friends and enemies and upcoming powers need to toe the line even more carefully. Additionally India, South Africa and Brazil (observer) also belong to the NAM (Non Aligned Movement)
- pelasaco 5y agoexactly. Brazil is always neutral in that matters. They aren't NATO, they are friend from US, China, Ukraine and Russia.
