I don’t have much input on whether the gist of this is solid or not but it’s a very poorly structured wager. I can see unlimited ways in which the outcome could be disputed, such as Microsoft having tiers of office with different names, all of which don’t match what is listed and some charging that way and some not. This favors the challenger because they’re more likely to get a clear win. If I were this person I’d do a lot of clarification. Also why avid pro tools? That choice of something so niche makes me feel like the author knows something on that one.
