  Javelin anti-tank weapons are on their way, speculation is whether there will also be Stinger anti-aircraft missiles.     The source is needed for the commenter's claim that these toys are en route to the Azov Battalion specifically, obviously and of course. Not for the suggestion that they might be headed to the Ukrainian MVD.
