This channel is known for its constant criticism of the current Indian government and its politics is diametrically opposite to mine. If they are claiming this, then there is every chance that it happened.
Then there are reports about black people being prevented from crossing. Even the Chinese embassy has asked its nationals to avoid all military and law enforcement and not identify as Chinese:[1]
