    I'm at present not enjoying it. I have decided to buy a spa pool this weekend so I can be both anxiety ridden and at least somewhat enjoying it.

  Are you in Eastern Europe? Are you a presidential advisor, or advising a large multi-national of some sort? If not, then there is not only just about zero you can do about the current situation, but worrying about it is actively interfering with the now in that life - and obsessively following the news will likely destroy every now while you do.
