Maybe there's some information in here, but this article just comes off as spam. With a website selling "holistic aim therapy", I'm not sure I would trust anything from this site, let alone something presenting as list, clickbait, SEO spam. Maybe I'm not being fair, as some of those tips seem useful, but I have a built-in mistrust of "listicle" formats with obvious SEO boosting going on.
