I've just gone down to 4 days pro-rata, and have enjoyed the additional time to work on my own projects, and get on top of any chores (and honestly sometimes just re-charge). From this point forward I'm attempting to optimize for personal development and fulfillment through building more things that tickle my own intellectual itches, rather than a bigger job title.
