Has this crisis been the equivalent of the Streisand Effect for Russian national cyber security?
- robbedpeter 5y agoKinda. Putin is ending up making Russia look more like a more powerful and unhinged version of North Korea than a legitimate world power. He might end up going way too far and alienating China. Scary stuff, Putin seems like an "if I can't have it, nobody can" tyrant.
