We could do a lot more by confiscating the oligarchs wealth. They have houses, boats football clubs all over the western world. We should randomly seize some of them every day, to encourage an end to hostilities.
- choko 5y agoI would say it should be "total" rather than "random". This regime has shown that it is an existential threat to world stability and must be eliminated. Putin has been pushing boundaries for years and it's time for an end to their reign.
- tomjen3 5y agoBut when you take all their wealth they don't have an incentive to stop it. You want to run up the panic so that they feel forced to do something.
