Speaking of the war, is it possible to block russian propaganda channels in telegram? Reporting them doesn't work.

It’s a Russian product even if their Legal entity is now in Dubai.

Telegram is Pavel Durov’s product, who moved from Russia after Putin’s friends took over VK and fired him from the CEO position. Whoever is loyal to the Russian regime, it’s definitely not him.

Telegram is based in UK and UAE. One of the founder is now a French citizen. Telegram has been blocked in Russia in the past : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blocking_Telegram_in_Russia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blocking_Telegram_in_Russia

"has been blocked in Russia in the past" - Russia doesn't just unblock you for no reason after blocking.
