Also, netblocks seems to make false assumptions regarding censorship. Funny thing is that they seem to do it on purpose, as it is evident from the article that they are aware of Roskomnadzor. Unless there is an order from RKN, claiming that each technical issue is an act of censorship is misinformation. This is very important to remember as these issues will be more common right now, due to ru-net being under heavy load, caused by both heavy internal consumption and external DDoS attacks.
