Hmm I don't get this question... Why do the same for Angola, if Angola is in a completely different situation, plus it has it's own relationship with Portugal? There are plenty of protocols between Portugal and Angola, including visas, access to education, etc. Do you realize that by asking that question, you're undermining the situation in Ukraine, right?
