My French Canadian grandmother made:
- Sun tea (room temperature and during the day).
- Moon tea (room temperature and during the night).
- Fridge tea (refrigerated).
She passed away over thirty years ago so do with this what you will, but I’m convinced I could tell the difference. Who knows though.
