I think this is fine as a fun litmus test, I don't think it's fine as a key criterion. If a person didn't know a single one of these, they should still be in the running (if marked down a little bit). Most senior front-end devs I would expect to have a decent grasp on maybe 1/3 of these. I think it's fine to have some ridiculous questions that you don't expect anyone to get perfectly, just to gauge, though it's important to communicate that to the candidate so their nerves aren't rattled when they feel out of their depth
