- pessimizer 5y agoSaying vkontakte is ONLY propaganda is as dumb as saying Facebook is ONLY propaganda. They're social networks, and they also have your aunt's recipes and baby pictures.
- akho 5y agoVk is more of an amplifier than its own propaganda channel. (Like Facebook sometimes) There are also very different people on there. Banning shit like RT or other Russian state media makes more sense.
