Can anyone please tell me how things are in Izmail? My son's sister is there but we have not been able to contact her.
- yakshaving_jgt 5y agoIt was ok before when I was there yesterday morning, but things are rapidly changing. A major assault was launched on Odessa this evening. At least there are two ways out — you can relatively easily go to Isaccea or Galati.
- yakshaving_jgt 5y agoA friend of mine today managed to evacuate by car from Odessa to Romania via the Orlivka crossing. That's the same way I got out. So, it's possible.
- yakshaving_jgt 5y agoAir raids in Izmail now. It’s not safe.
