My understanding is that the US is okay doing it. The ones that are blocking this are Germany and Italy. Even France (where I am) said okay, even though our economic interests in Russia are quite big (I read that France companies are in total one of the largest foreign employer in Russia, la Société Générale owns a big Russian bank, and some of our energy companies have interest in Russia).True we don't depends as much on the gas. Germany, I'm so disappointed in you :(
