It's tough to agree with that one. Such posts are known to influence politics (i.e. influencing/influencer effect, used by RUS govt operations as well) and SWIFT-related ideas and concerns about Chernobyl have already been raised by mainstream media anyway. Plus Putin has already shown he is willing to raise the stakes, which is de facto exacerbation.
