Isn't this yet another nuke-war threat? Because he was the one who brought it to the table, clearly stating that Russia has no chance against NATO, but they have nukes and no one will win... But if he keeps this campaign, he is indeed winning by using nukes, without using them. So we will have to sit and watch him?
