Isn't the fact that the US controls it already a death sentence to it as far as Russia and China are concerned?

- wolverine876 5y agoThey don't have the power to change it, though China might eventually. And they do benefit from it - international relations are rational, not so partisan; just because a competitor is involved doesn't make it wrong. The rules-based, US-led interational order brings enormous benefits to China and Russia.
