Another possibility is: over time we'll see remote-first companies outcompete the alternatives due to lower overhead and wider availability of talent, sinking entire companies that emphasize the importance of face-to-face interactions for promotions.
- refurb 5y agoLike I said for the back office stuff, definitely. But customer facing and more dynamic roles you'll need people to interact in person. Just like in sales the big deals are closed over drinks.
