- harryvederci 5y agoI don't see how it's illegal for a president to ask people from his own country to fill in a form to see if they can volunteer. Can you elaborate?

- hluska 5y agoI’m not American and haven’t been in the United States in several years. Why should a foreign country’s laws impact what I read? Going even further, a democratically elected leader asked their citizens to help. Once again, why does American law matter?? Does America claim sovereignty over Ukraine now too??
