Is there research that proves that in-person teams are more successful than remote/hybrid ones?
If not, I think remote/hybrid employees should be equal class citizens to on-site employees, and that should be reflected in a consistent composition of those roles thru all levels of leadership.
- stkdump 5y agoI think the point GP is making is that hybrid Teams are worst off. And that was my experience also pre pandemic. Actually the people who always were remote felt a huge improvement, because suddenly all had the same 'distance' and needed to put in the same effort to stay connected.
