day to day no, it’s more likely you can do more on an average day at home. some days it’s really helpful to see certain people to get past a problem. in the grand scheme a team that has an empathetic relationship is going to grow more. doesn’t mean they do more, but i think the peoples skills will grow faster. and most people develop this kind of relationship better in person it’s not black and white
