I think what I built (so far) has some great features, but it is entirely possible that the eventual replacement for file systems will be something much different. I spent years working with filesystems and databases and came up with a long list of shortcomings I saw in both. I don't pretend to know all the answers, but I also don't like people dismissing ideas without taking a serious look at them.
